Xikowu Vuyotu is based in Warsaw. The team is small, which means most people here touch several different parts of the work. Content development, platform operations, learner support, and design all sit close together.
We work at a considered pace. The content we create is meant to be genuinely helpful, which requires time to develop well. We don't rush publication to meet arbitrary schedules.
Remote and hybrid arrangements are possible for most roles. We meet in person regularly at our Wronia office in Warsaw.

Current opportunities
Content Developer (Financial Education)
We're looking for someone to develop educational content for our programs. This involves researching topics, writing scripts, creating reflection prompts, and working with our production team to turn content into finished lessons.
We're looking for
- Experience writing educational or explanatory content
- Interest in personal finance, behavioral economics, or psychology
- Ability to write clearly and accessibly on complex topics
- Comfortable working iteratively with feedback
Platform & Learner Experience Coordinator
This role covers platform administration, learner onboarding support, and ongoing communication with enrolled learners. It's a mixed role that requires both technical competence and good written communication.
We're looking for
- Experience with online learning platforms or similar tools
- Strong written communication in English
- Organized and reliable approach to administrative work
- Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues with learners
